Review of AQmore Water Based Nail Polish
AQmore water based nail polish is the third brand of peel-off nail polish that I have tried. You can also read my review of Sula Paint and Peel and review of Suncoat peel-off nail polish.
UNIQSO kindly sent me both a colored and clear top coat of AQmore nail polish to review. Based on the smell test, I think only the colored polish is water based. I’m pretty sure the clear top coats are regular solvent based nail polish.
Things I Like About AQmore Water Based Nail Polish:
- The nail polish bottles are adorable! Packaging plays a big role in whether someone will want to purchase a nail polish. I am much more likely to buy a nail polish that comes in a bottle with cute designs or that is in a unique shape.
- There is a lovely selection of colors. I tried AQmore P033, also called Catherine, which is a pinkish bronze. It was a nice sparkly color. There are many other colors of AQmore peel-off nail polish that I would like to try!
- It is easy to peel-off the nail polish if you only wear it for one or two days.
Things I Dislike About AQmore Water Based Nail Polish:
- It smells worse than most water based nail polishes. There is no list of ingredients on the bottle, so I’m not sure what is in the polish. There may be some unhealthy chemicals lurking in there.
- The nail polish was a different color on my nails than it was in the bottle. Applying the top coat made it closer to what it looked like in the bottle.
- The top coats smell like solvent based nail polish, so I prefer not to use them.

Also, I followed your blog~ ^^
For peel-off water-based nail polish I recommend Suncoat. It is almost odorless. AQmore has a bit of a chemical smell and Sula has a perfume smell.
